This evening I saw Bullworth for the first time. The previews made it look like an entertaining comedy, but that's deceptive. There are actually messages in there - honest to goodness messages. However, I'm not sure if they are all what Warren Beatty thought they were. Oh, and it WAS an entertaining comedy, too.

I've been reading a real thriller: 5/5/2000 Ice: The Ultimate Disaster. It has been passed around amongst members of my family as the thing to read. Who cares about Y2K if the world's going to turn on its axis and all trace of our civilization is gone? I need some lighter reading.

Right now my life is all about getting out and doing, experiencing, having adventures, and forming friendships. I try to challenge myself to do things I've never before done, to really notice the happy moments as they come, and to look back on sad things while still finding something good in them. I've been drawing a lot, too. Maybe one day my scanner will work again and I can share more of my art here on this site.
